Shipping

• Shipping Costs: We offer a flat delivery charge of £4.99 for most UK addresses. Please note that for certain remote areas, we may need to charge an additional.
  
• Dispatch Time : Orders placed before 12:00 pm UK time Monday-Friday are usually dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after that or at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
• Delivery Times: Standard delivery typically takes 2-3 business days.
• Delivery Area: We deliver throughout the UK.

You can also choose to pick up your order for free from our warehouse located at:

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your DesiMart purchase.  If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy.

Return Process

• Please contact us at hello@desimart.co.uk before returning any items.
  
• We will provide you with a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return your items.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
• We will process your return within 5 business days of receiving the items.
• We will issue a full refund for the cost of the returned items, minus any original shipping costs.

Please Note:

• We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  
• We cannot accept returns on perishable items or items that have been opened or used.
